Emergency Repairs

Within 24 hours. These are repairs to avoid immediate danger or serious damage to your home.

Within 72 hours. These are repairs that cause inconvenience and which, if left incomplete, will cause damage to your home.

Within 28 calendar days. These are non-urgent repairs that do not pose an immediate risk to health, safety and your home.
